Gathering Together

Melbourne Come light a candle and take part in a global ecumenical event on the weekend of 28 September to 1 October across Melbourne.

– [ ] Meet people from Churches all over the beautiful city.

– [ ] Pray for unity and peace

– [ ] Light a candle

– [ ] Pray around the cross

– [ ] Join in a global event.

We’d love you to join us at the German Lutheran Trinity Church, 22 Parliament Place on Friday, 29 September at 7:30pm for Taizé prayer followed by tea and coffee in the hall.

To prepare for the event, everyone is very welcome to join our choir on these Mondays at 7:30pm:

More about Gathering Together The ecumenical prayer vigil “Together | Gathering of the People of God” will be held in Rome on 30 September 2023. The Taizé community is taking the lead in planning this event. Events are being held around the world on this weekend.
